The procurement professionals and managers in this group come from several industries:

The students were welcomed by Prof.dr.ing. Jacques J.A.M. Reijniers MBA and Prof. Peter Doeve PhD.
At the kick-off special attention was paid to the integrated projects that the students will execute during the program; the learned theory will be applied to their daily practice immediately after the start.
The MBA in Procurement Management program has 7 focus (procurement) courses and 5 core (general business) courses.
Objective of the program is to get the participants to a higher (strategic) level of thinking and acting in their procurement function and to empower them by also understanding the other business processes within their organization.

The next group will start in September 2009.  In April, May and June Nyenrode Business Universiteit will organize information sessions.
