| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| If an applicant finds it necessary to withdraw from the program before the beginning of the session, the organizers should be contacted directly by phone and written confirmation should be received no later than two weeks prior to the start of the program. The sponsoring company may identify a replacement, but the new candidate must be accepted for the program through an admission review.A full refund will be made available if the organizers are notified in writing at least eight weeks before the program starts. Cancellation between four and eight weeks before the program starts will be charged with 25% of the total fee, cancellation between two and four weeks before the program starts will be charged with 50% of the total fee. The complete fee will be retained if an applicant cancels less than two weeks before the start of the program or if the applicant does not attend the course. |
