Echelon Institute of Management Development is an independent, private Institute of Higher Education, offering degree and non-degree programs for working professionals and executives in English. Currently, four programs at the MBA level are offered and delivered for national and international students in The Netherlands. For the following described degree programs the MBA title is granted upon the completion of a rigorous curriculum.
Echelon Institute of Management Development provides specialized, high quality education to persons already employed or engaged in business or non-profit organizations allowing them to pursue degree programs without interrupting their professional careers and without any compromise on the quality of education, as well as non-degree programs for staff training and management development to enhance productivity, efficiency and skills.
Echelon Institute of Management Development uses information technology to the maximum extent possible in all phases of the programs. The frontiers of knowledge are explored through independent research in order to pursue improvements in the quality of higher education and management development.
Faculty
Echelon Institute of Management Development's is multi-talented. Besides teaching, they are responsible for program design and management, research activities and they publish extensively. They are not just "academics" but possess extensive "real world" business experience obtained in senior management positions, management consulting, and board memberships.

Programs
Echelon Institute of Management Development offers graduate degree programs for working professionals and executives leading to the degrees of Master of Science in Management (M.Sc.), and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Echelon Institute of Management Development has carefully designed and elaborated challenging and practical short programs for (senior) managers, consultants and teachers. These non-degree programs comprise short courses, seminars, management development programs, and a faculty development program.

Echelon Institute of Management Development is officially affiliated with reputable universities like Nyenrode Business Universiteit and University of New Hampshire, New Hampshire, USA. This enables students to obtain dual degrees and full accreditation for their academic work.
Application and Admission
Admission is selective and limited to twelve students for each course. All students must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree or relevant professional qualification and possess a minimum of three years experience as a manager with a major business corporation, government, or non-profit organization. Students must be proficient in the English language.
